A shared, social evening in the kitchen — bookings are joined with others, so the class works for solo bookings, couples, and small groups alike.
You’ll prepare a handful of dishes from start to finish, learning the spice mastery, technique, and layered flavour-building that defines modern Indian cooking. The evening ends with everyone sitting down together to eat what they’ve made.
